We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Front & Bar Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in hospitality, customer service, and bar operations.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take orders and provide excellent service throughout the guest experience.
- Support daily front-of-house and bar operations.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front and bar areas.
- Assist the team with daily operational tasks.
- Follow health, safety, and service standards.
Requirements:
- Friendly, positive, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Customer-oriented with a professional attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
